There are lot of online generators but those which provide you for free are generally not effective, so in order to create one through a generator you should pay an amount.

But did you know that you can use Blogger provides a sitemap for your blog, it uses your feed address and creates one for you.

So when ever you submit your blog and require a sitemap just give your feed address,

For RSS 2.0

http://blogname.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss

For Atom 1.0

http://blogname.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default

You can give either of the above as your sitemap, Just replace blogname with the name of your blog.
